I'm not sure what phone I have.  How do I find out?

Best way to identify your phone is by model number.  Go to  Settings>General>About>Model.  Google your model number and you'll find corresponding name for that model number.

When can I expect my order?

We ship from California and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
