Shipping Information:

All our orders ship vis USPS Priority and First Class Mail within 24 hours of cleared payment. Customers will receive a delivery confirmation number for their package. Please note a delivery confirmation number is different than a tracking number. The information provided by USPS will not update at www.usps.com until the package has been delivered. Transit time will vary by location but you can expect your order to be delivered in 1-6 business days.

Return Policy:

The only pitfall to online ordering is that you do not see the product live when you place your order. We understand this aspect of e-commerce and provide a 14-day return policy. If the item does not live up to your expectations, simply request an RMA form and we'll help you find what you need. The RMA form (return form) will be sent to you via email. Simply send the item + form back to us in the mail. Our return policy is for exchange. You can exchange for same item or different merchandise. Our store offers free shipping on the initial purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The item that you are returning must be in original condition. No warranty or replacement is offered past the 14 days, however, many of the items we stock do have a manufacturer warranty. You can contact manufacturer for additional warranty information.
